Peter Hampton Hayes

Peter is a second-year associate attorney focused on medical malpractice litigation. He represents plaintiffs in complex cases with allegations of medical negligence, surgical errors, and misdiagnoses. Peter is known for his detail-oriented approach and commitment to advocating for his clients through all stages of litigation. 

Before joining the firm, Peter earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law school. He holds an undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association, and Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Peter is an avid Bengals and Reds fan. In his free time, you can find Peter hiking, fishing or working out in the gym.
